Binghamton Deserves Better

Absurdly small room in a dilapidated, architecturally defunct building. Biker gangs and heavy smoking immediately outside the front doors. An unwillingness to extend late checkout to a family of 3 to just noon until the morning of. Sorry excuse for a hotel let alone a major chain. Never again. Binghamton deserves better.

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn many times when visiting our son at Binghamton University. We arrived late and left early due to our schedule. We couldn't adjust the heat in our room so it was extremely warm. Otherwise, the room was clean and met our needs.

The Holiday Inn in downtown Binghamton is a great place to stay. The facilities were clean, looked amazing, and there's even a mini convenience store in the lobby! Would recommend and would stay again.
