Lively little hotel, staff was super friendly and helpful.Which I appreciated since I had my kid with me. Very college atmosphere, since SUNY Binghamton is right up the road. However , this karen next door to our room kept coming over and telling me she could hear me and my son, i thought She was weird so I just closed the door in her face..

Staff was excellent. Corrected my reservation error for me. Mac at front desk helped find a luggage cart and even helped load it. Morning breakfast and staff were excellent. Kudos to everyone

Hotel was clean and new. The staff was great. It seemed like they actually cared and weren’t miserable with their jobs, like they actually wanted to be there and not somewhere else.

It’s not a bad hotel per se, was fully booked to accommodate multiple sports teams for the night I was there. The staff did try hard, no issues as far as service and cleanliness are concerned. However, no extra blanket provided as well as no clean glasses for the room and lobby ran out of glasses and coffee a few times… it’s not True by Hilton but rather Truly Not Hilton.

Very nice place . Did not like the fact there was no blankets only sheets and double up shames as blankets. Mattress was hard and the pillows that were provided were flat and not comfortable had to purchase blankets and pillows at TJ max down the road also no microwave so anything we ate at surrounding restaurants we could not bring leftovers back

Fun hotel!

This was a great hotel! Full of TVs in the lobby and a full sized pool table which our family enjoyed! Love the bright colours that gave the hotel a fun, youthful feel. Clean room… great, soft bedding… spacious room. The only issue we ran into was the air conditioner seemed to be malfunctioning. It was very noisy but we reported it to the front desk and they appreciated the feedback so they could look into fixing it.
