Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint was the smell from the AC unit. It had a very unpleasant mildew smell. We had a decent stay overall.

Birthday visit to Birmingham

My birthday stay at the Comfort Inn had very clean rooms. Staff was nice and friendly. Parking lot was well lit and plenty of places to park. I didn't use laundry service. The stay was very pleasant with no issues.

Clean rooms but I had a problem with the microwave in my room. We had to call the front desk to open the microwave after heating our food. The door locked and wouldn’t opened.

There was a tiny bit of mold in ceiling of shower. Bed was ok. Breakfast had odd looking eggs. It was clean though and getting to hotel was easy and parking was convenient. Staff was friendly.

This property os conveniently located near hwy 65. Its just pn the south side of the city, 10min from downtown with many shopping and doning options within a few minutes.

This was a decent hotel with updated rooms and a friendly staff. The only real issue was had was the room was ridiculously humid no matter how we adjusted the temperature. But the bed was comfy and it was relatively quiet.
