The room was nice and cool. Comes with microwave and min refrigerator. Stay was comfortable. Breakfast is included every morning. The nice lady thats over it kept it nice and clean and everything out and stocked each morning. Enjoyed my stay and we will stay again. Convenient place and nice price as well. The staff was all so nice, friendly and acted swiftly which made it even better.
The first room we entered we noticed wasnt cool. After about 10 mins and turning down the air it got even warmer. I noticed that the air wasn't kicking on. Called the front desk and was asked to wait for about another 30 mins. She called back after 5 mins to let us know maintenance was coming up. He did within minutes. Checked it out and the compressor had gone out. They had us moved into a new room within 15 mins. The second room was nice and cool.
For the price the hotel is not up to date and the rug was old and stained. There was stains on the bed and the lamp post. One of the plug outlets near the bed didnât work so I couldnât charge phone near bed. If this hotel was 90 or below it would have been fine. Not worth the price they charge.
I really enjoyed my stay here, nearby shopping centers. I could walk to stores and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good also. I will stay here again when I visit
Birmingham, Alabama. Thank you for great customer service!!
It was good. The area had security. But the neighborhood was not the best. Felt safe in the hotel. Security patrolled the CrossPlex area and was visible. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean facilities.
The staff was very friendly, and most helpful. The breakfast choices were tasty. Surprised that there is no pool, or did I just miss it somewhere?
Sleep was at a premium due to the fact that they don't have curtains in the room that close, at all. Just a thin inner curtain that doesn't cut out any light. That was really kind of odd. Is this a new trend in hospitality?
I can' sleep unless it is dark, so there was that.
