Room was very tired and the opposite lifts so noisy. Two disappointed children told they couldn’t use the pool after 7pm. Fire alarm and evacuation at 445am.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Lisa who booked my group booking was amazing helpful and very professional..credit to the hotel. My only issue was the conference room aircon was heating the room rather than cooling, and the USB portal was faulty, so our presentation had to be presented on laptop..i did speak to reception as few times but they did not send anyone...the room got so warm we had to sit outside in the lobby to work
