Poor.
Our room had at least seventeen bugs that we've found so far. The elevator has a large grasshopper hanging out on the ceiling.
There's no ethernet ports so I had to finangle connecting my PS5 to the Wi-Fi through my phone. The WiFi is dial up grade. I had to use my phone's hotspot to get a real Internet connection.
I paid for a suite, not just a room, so the lack of a stove to cook my friend pancakes on is disturbing.
There's a laundry room but it costs $3 to use both the washer and dryer, and when I asked the clerk at the front desk for change for my five he said he only had eight quarters so I had to go across the street to the gas station for five dollars worth of quarters. I put my clothes into the machine and paid twelve quarters. I hadn't realized my mistake until returning to use the quarters that I was missing four so I gave him another fiver for three dollars and eight quarters. Then I went to my room and grabbed a can of Dr. Pepper and a cup, and took that cup to the ice machine. No ice. Motor runs, no ice for a minute holding the button. On the way back to the laundry room I noticed another ice machine on the next floor up. I walked up and tried it and got ice for my soda. The dryer's lint trap, I rolled up and pulled out a ball of debris bigger than my fist.
I suppose if I had to say something positive about this hotel, the bed is excellent. Soft. I woke up a few times in the night, as I regularly do, but each time I wasn't overly tired and nothing hurt.
