Standard room nothing exceptional - expected to be clean, and was. Air conditioning worked, bathroom air extractor was not working. Iron was available. Tea / coffee and electric kettle were available and working. Internet worked very well - Only stayed one night so TV was not used / accessed.

Excellent stay in Coventry

Having stayed in the Holiday Inn Darlington the previous night and having a terrible experience I was worried about what I would find at the Holiday Inn. Any concerns disappeared on entering. The hotel foyer was inviting, the reception staff professional, welcoming and friendly. The bedroom was immaculately clean, well furnished and inviting. The restaurant staff could not have been more helpful and in comparing with Darlington the quality of the ingredients and production of the meals were very good. The range of food at breakfast was again excellent. Overall the experiece could not be faulted.
