Hotel was clean and tidy but couldn’t access WiFi unless you were an IHG member, also no heating controls worked, and tv came on to welcome screen but couldn’t access any channels or sound, and still annoyed about paying £10 a night to park, when you’ve given them your custom.

Terrible Hotel!

Hotel is tired. The rooms are basic and the heating or air conditioning didn’t work. My room had not insulation and it was absolutely freezing at night. I will never stay at this hotel again!!! Terrible!

This was a nice hotel on the edge of town, easy to get to from the highway. The only negative was that there is no lift, and my mother struggled on the stairs. I don't know if we could have requested or gotten a ground floor room, as that would have helped. The breakfast was very good, by the way.

Nice modern hotel. Quiet, comfortable and great breakfast. Standard rooms are very small - premier rooms much better. Staff very helpful especially Justine at breakfast.
