Excellent hotel. Our suite was very comfortable with great facilities. We enjoyed a dip in the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ramona on reception who went out of her way to help us.

There were lots of places to eat, mom and pop shops. It was close to the event I was attending. Pool and free breakfast. The ladies were very helpful in finding me some safety pins to hold my formal gown off the ground. Thank you so much! Only issue was Expedia has the address missing the S for south. The uber took me all the way out of Birmingham and then turned around to go downtown. It cost me time and money.

Specifically stayed for the pool with three kids. It was so cold they couldn’t go in. The kids slept on the pull out couch and it was one of the worst I’ve ever seen! Very disappointed in this hotel! No attempt to compensate.

The hotel and room were amazing!! However we got a “crib” for our one year old. They gave us a pack and play that definitely needed to be trashed! It was so wobbly and felt unsafe! Parking was a bit hectic we had to park across the street and pay 25 dollars. But the breakfast was awesome! Would definitely probably stay again but bring our own crib for baby.

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Stains all over the couch, elevators that couldn’t be used, limited parking, it was awful. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we left after one. My son woke up the day after we checked in with bites up and down both arms. I’m a RN so I immediately recognized them as bed bug bites. He is still in pain and itching horribly. This was brought to the hotel staff’s attention immediately. They apologized but did nothing to remedy the situation.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a great overall experience. The staff was very accommodating and kind. We arrived early and were able to check in early. The property was very clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed the spacious room and the kitchen was nice and well stocked. The only problems we experienced were that the indoor pool was so cold that our daughter couldn’t swim and when we arrived back at the hotel there was no parking in the lot they provide. We found another spot on the street, but it was frustrating because we had to pay $50 for parking that we couldn’t even use.

Stay far away!!

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The couch was so soiled, nobody wanted to sit on it. Our bedding had burn holes in them! Overall just disgusting/run down and dirty. We tried to leave but the front desk employee said that they wouldn’t remove the payment from my card!! Slowest and rudest service ever. It seemed like almost everyone was having some sort of issue at this hotel; standard not met, missing basic necessities from their rooms, issues with check in and parking, etc.
