The customer service was excellent. This property is attached to a mall so most or all of your needs will be covered. The breakfast options at the hotel were delicious.

We arrived at 5 and our room wasn’t ready. But the guy next to me got his room. And the woman after me. Then we tried to take the shuttle to a restaurant close by and told the parking guy. After waiting a bit turns out the shuttle was taking someone to the airport. Maybe tell us? Drain in the room doesn’t work. Waiting 15 mins for someone to come check it out. Still waiting …

We only stayed for one night while passing through from Texas. We did notice however the lobby and hall ways had an overwhelming smell of weed. Other than that the room was nice and the staff was so friendly.

This place was kid friendly. Easy access to attractions as well. If I could do anything different, I would choose a different city view but other than that, everything was beautiful. Staff was so friendly and respectful.

The stay was great. Room was great and clean. Only issue we had was the elevators. Only 2 were working and not able to keep up with the demand. We didn't let it ruin our stay.

It was ok

Check in was easy. Had an issue with the tv - called front desk and was put on hold for 20 minutes. My partner came across concierge while waiting for front desk attendant who finally helped . Breakfast buffet - the servers ignored us - had to ask for water and glasses were slammed down. Had to argue to get the check liked that the hotel was hooked to the mall - that was different. Rooms were clean . I’m not sure if I would stay again .

Brunch on Saturday was terrible (service and food both) but better on Sunday. Way over priced. There was some kind of disturbance in our hall late Saturday and when I opened the door there was a group of men (5-6) who may have been security telling others to quiet down. There was pot smoke in the air. Wondered why the trouble makers weren’t escorted out… Water pressure was very poor. Front desk staff was very friendly. Loved that it was attached to a mall but wondered about trouble makers having such easy access to our hallways. The floor access button in the elevator wasn’t activated.
