Very nice mid-level hotel. Being attached to the mall was nice. Parking is a bit clunky with the only free option being mall parking. Room was nice. Seems a bit dated but still nice.

Very disappointed in this hotel choice. Upon arrival no toilet paper on the holder and room phone did NOT work when I tried to call down to front desk. They did respond quickly to fix the phone. Gentleman moved the night stand out to get to phone plug in, next to nightstand and bed were empty coke cans. He just looked and left them. Old Men’s razor was left in the shower. I’m not even sure the room had been cleaned. Breakfast buffet was over priced, no help, asked for drinks and silverware several times. Didn’t bring. Finally after 15-20 min of waiting found another worker to see if we could get them. Disappointed in the overall experience. We will NOT be staying again.
