No hot water during our stay as we were told hotel boilers had gone down at 4am our first morning. Still working on them as we left. We were told that Hyatt personnel had asked for full refund from Expedia be applied to our stay. We look forward to Expedia’s professional response on this issue. Thank you.

It’s a little out dated, no smart TVs which is okay besides that, I received a text asking if I had any special requests - I did not receive a single thing I asked for. So they should have kept that to themselves. The entire hotel ran out of hot water, my second night staying. I did like the mall, it had everything you could’ve possibly needed
