I had to wait at the desk for 5-10 minutes for them to give me a room (no one else in line), and it took three tries to get a room that was ready (I.e., beds made). In addition, one of the two elevators was malfunctioning.

Room is very old, with a musty smell, elevator got stuck in 2nd floor, luckly was able to come out, no breakfast (it was advt with breakfast, also i checked while checking in , but in the morning, there is breakfast), no coffee and hotel staff was not willing to compensate for it.. i have valled hotels

If you need a cheap place to stay right next to the airport, then sure, this place will work. Otherwise, I would definitely choice somewhere else if you have the means. Check in went as normal, and just got worse from there. Can smell weed throughout the building, and doesn’t look very clean once you get past the lobby. The room was clean(ish), but you could tell it was a rush job. The floor wasn’t clean, bathroom was questionable, and I saw a few smaller bugs on the lower part of the bed. Not sure if they were bedbugs, but I didn’t take the chance and slept on the couch. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, but like I said, if you need a cheap place just for a night to be next to the airport, then it would do.

Shuttle - not working on Xmas Day. Breakfast - not available on day after Xmas. Microwave - not working in room. Phone - disconnected, no wire. Trash can in room collecting drip from ceiling. Elevator - got stuck between floors, finally managed to free myself. Front desk - no one available for 15 min the morning. Toiletries - none except one small soap bar.

There is 1 spot on the 2nd floor that is eat up with human dope heads. Someone even knocked on our door and wanted in. I told them that they didn’t know anyone in this room and they better get the hell out of the way at my door for the night. I’ll never stay here again. And we didn’t have any hot water to shower in. This was a prime example of management not giving a crap about the dope/weed smoking democrats on the 2nd floor.

The room was dirty. There were hardly any electrical plugs, and the ones in the wall had busted covers. The non-smoking room had a distinctive decades-long smoke smell. Half the pillows did not have covers.To top it off, no hot water, absolutely ice-cold - with no immediate resolution. Left after an hour and had to stay elsewhere. Looking for a full refund.
