Food was nice and fresh could do with a bit more choice in hot food selection. Service was not good always having to ask for them to top up coffee as they are meant to come top it up and they never come and asked if you wanted more coffee so that was a shame. Stud waiting for them to show us to a table a guy at the table had to say you have people wanting to be seated so not good there. But the rooms are ok could be better if it had charging plugs next to the bed as there wasn't any. Maybe think twice about this hotel next time. And having to pay for £8 a day for parking as well not good.

Stayed here for one night. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and very nice. The bed was comfortable and it’s got a nice shower as well. The breakfast was good too. And there are some nice pubs around the area if you fancy getting out for a bit. I would recommend it to anyone to stay here. Thank you for a lovely stay.

More breakfast options would have been good, especially properly wholemeal bread and vegetarian/vegan options. The coffee was good though. My biggest issue was the thin duvet. The first night I hardly slept, the second night I untucked the duvet and wrapped the whole thing around me to get to sleep. I don't like sleeping in warm air but had to turn the air con up to get any sleep. I didn't see any suggestion to reuse towels so my towels were replaced, together with the necessary use of air con = low marks for sustainability.

Staff cleaner did my fold clothes on my bed.. wow.. thanks.. next time 2nd days cleaner lol..Bedroom so good & good toilet seat but bit low cos couldn’t get up due my hip arthritis got a weaker & couldn’t get difficult up with hold handle door.. Breakfast is good & lovely health breakfast.. Bar are lovely.. No toilet ground floor than going upstairs our bedroom is ok take longer get there. I would like new toilets for customer need it. Disabled toilet for ground floor. Sorry & I am honest. I love that hotel.
