Stayed one night when we landed at Birmingham Airport early hours, check in was quick and efficient, cannot comment on food and beverage as we didnt have any, parking was easy and position is excellent for both Airport and motorway, staff on check out were friendly and helpful

We didnt eat at hotel. The staff were lovely on check in. The room very tired and dated. The bed was fairly comfy but the pillows were terrible. Either massive or very little lumpy filing in.

Hotel was very busy but we had a great time. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of car parking and ideally suited for visiting the NEC, which is just a 10 minute walk away. Bar and restaurant in situ serving great food . This was our second visit but will definitely be back .
