Good position for access to the NEC and very good value compared to nearby hotels. The room was clean and spacious and tie bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

We stayed in a standard room. The standard bedroom we stayed in 114 need updating and bathroom could be cleaner in the corners. Bed was very comfortable, linen & towels were good quality. We had a quiet sleep but you could hear next door room shower and cleaner but didn’t hear tv or talking. Request top floor room if u don’t want to hear footsteps above. Room was warm and able to control the heating. Tea, coffe, hot chocolate & biscuits! wasn’t expecting that for the cheap rate we paid. Access to Spa & pool is included but we didn’t have time to check it out. Down stairs reception, breakfast room, Burgandy bar & restaurant looked very welcoming. We had Sunday lunch in the Burgandy restaurant which turned out to be a 3 course Xmas lunch with coffee & mince pie for £27.95pp. The staff in the bar and restaurant were welcoming and gave excellent service. The food was delicious with generous portions and the dessert trolley had so much to choose from to suit everyone’s taste. We stayed here as we had an event at the BP pulse live arena which is an easy 8 min walk away. Turn left out of hotel entrance from the car park barriers walk to end of road and turn left through a gate onto a path which is by the side of a resort world car park, straight into the resort world area. Free car park until 2pm day of check out. Reception staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. We have booked to stay again next year. If you like good value for money I’d recommend this hotel.

Great for an overnight stay whilst attending an event at the BP Pulse Arena. It was an easy 10 to 15 minutes walk from Birmingham International Station to the hotel and easy 15 to 20 minute walk to BP Pulse. Tasty bar meals and the staff were helpful and efficient.

Warm welcome on arrival. Nice clean room and comfy beds. Shower leaked over the floor. Breakfast was not the best quality and it might have been good to have some dairy free yoghurt. We didn’t get our yea and coffee until we had nearly finished but I know the staff were busy
