Great stay at the Bournbrook with my eleven year old son. The staff were brilliant and friendly throughout, and just couldn’t do enough for us. It’s such good value and ideal for our trip to Birmingham. We ate in the restaurant and both meals we had were good. It’s my third visit here and I’ll certainly be back when I next visit Birmingham

Our first time visiting family in Stirchley. The room was available from 2.00pm, but we didn't get there until after our evening meal with family. The room was cold on arrival. It heated up quickly, but it was a very cold evening. Apart from that, we were very impressed and we would definitely return.

The big let down for us was tepid warm shower in morn, not enough hot water for a man to shower let alone wife n daughter with thick long hair.... To be told every1 will be showering just try again later, still no luck.... Never had this issue anywhere b4

on arrival there was nobody on reception two book us in. Looked very busy and was told when Someone arrived at reception to check us in we was told alot of staff on the sick. sorry for the wait. Staff that was working very good. Shower was cold 😂

We didn’t have breakfast. Room could’ve done with repainting some large scuffs and dents in the wall. Shower grout/sealant black in places. Toilet paper really poor quality. Staff friendly.

Room was spotless plenty of room nicely decorated very welcoming. Staff were very friendly. I will say the bed was not very comfortable but having said that the room was not expensive

There was a storm on the evening I arrived. The car park was flooded and the hotel card payment system was down. In addition the ceiling in the dining area developed a leak The staff worked very hard and diligently to battle on tegardless

The room was clean, staff were extremely friendly, there is ample parking on site and the breakfast was good. The hotel itself could do with a revamp as it is a little dated, however if you are in Birmingham for 1 or 2 nights it is a good option and easy to get to the city centre.

It was really noisy in the courtyard in the early hours of the morning. People chatting and the concierge didn't ask them to be quiet. Very poor night's sleep.

Clean room, staff friendly on arrival. Only issue toilet paper was placed behind your back, very silly place. Having a drink on the night in pub, music too loud, i asked the DJ to turn it down a bit, but still too loud, i couldnt hear alot of my companies conversation because of the noise.

The breakfast as a bit chaotic as it was set up for a buffet. But no food was there so we sat around for a bit before we realised we had to go and order from the bar. The room was nice and warm. And the facilities were very good. Check in was simple and efficient

Great stay at the Inn in a quiet room. The location was perfect for us as it is just down the road from Cadbury World. Food was amazing and staff really friendly. Would definitely stay again.
