Window damage

We walked in the room for the first time, with a hotel staff member, and the screen frame on the outside of the window was broken off, hanging between the window and the floor. It was completely obvious and look like someone had previously broken into the room. The hotel simply had to remove the ridiculous damage to the window before we areived but instead just left it there for us. When we asked the staff member what had happened, he said the cleaning staff must had missed it. I asked him if it could be removed before we took ownership of the room and he said no. The basic lack of common sense and service at the hotel for an arriving guest was unreal. We immediately left the property and booked a room at a hotel down the street. They refused to refund our money which I understand the cancelation policy but this is review is intended to give a heads up to other travelers of the type of service and rooms to expect here.

I’d stay here again!

Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, even upgrading our room at no cost when I informed him I had a last minute kiddo added to our trip. Our room was clean, and each little had their own twin bed! The property is older but upgraded, and right next door to fuel and fast food! Great stay for the price we paid!

My stay from start to finish was excellent. My only gripe is that the mattress was terrible. Had a hump in the middle and creaked every time I turned. Time for a new mattress in 107. Other than that a good stay.

Beautiful town! Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean but quite old and not updated. Beds were ok at best. AC was quite noisy but all in all it wasn’t a bad place to stay, although I thought it was overpriced for what you got.

The room was clean enough. The staff seemed friendly. The key to my room had to be reprogrammed twice so that was annoying. There was no complimentary breakfast. Overall I would say my stay there was average
