Very friendly and professional staff. The constant temperature throughout the hotel, especially the bedroom was perfect. At no point did we feel cold, considering it was a cold and wet day, nor did we get overheated.

We stayed for 1 night with a toddler, plenty to keep the little one entertained with a play area and large grounds to explore. Room was also very spacious, we stayed in an executive room. Even with an additional bed, the room had plenty of room. Loved it so much, we’ve since rebooked.

Had a wonderful and peaceful stay for my birthday - staff very kindly upgraded my room. I had the most relaxing facial at the spa which was worth every penny! I also really enjoyed the fish and chips from the restaurant. Cleanliness was overall good, but could've been improved when it came to stains on the sofa in the room, occasional hairs left on furniture and insects found in-between the window frames. I understand some of these can be difficult to remove, but that attention to detail would've have made the stay 10/10 for me.

Outstanding. From the minute I arrived it was clear this was an efficient, clean, and amazing hotel - staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you. Will definitely be staying again. Shame it wasn’t a longer stay as would have liked to have had a walk round the gardens and hotel to see more.
