Come enjoy this wonderful, ground-level apartment. The location is outstanding! Downtown Treehouse is the lower-level apartment of the house, with an upper-level apartment also available for rent. It's newly renovated and has all the modern-day conveniences to be a home away from home, as well as separate entrances and outdoor sitting areas. This adorable apartment is nestled in a walkable neighborhood. Enjoy the great boutiques, coffee shops, microbreweries, and restaurants that Black Mountain has to offer. Easy entry into the apartment since there are no steps. There is a private patio with a grill and outdoor seating. The living room has a TV and a love seat that converts to a twin bed if needed. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a full bathroom (shower only, no tub). Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience. Please also view Uptown Treehouse on our website!
