This was absolutely the worst experience. The room we were placed in, had no Wi-Fi. A member of staff said we’ll give a refund, then placed all blame on Expedia when payments were made through the hotel. The bathroom wasn’t the most pristine, couldn’t access shows/movies on the to since no Wi-Fi even though we moved rooms. We wanted a king bed, we had a double bed. No complimentary drinks or meals to facilitate that we tried to sort the issue out for hours. So sunset was water. Staff members(front desk receptionist and manager) were rude. Receptionist asked what race I was( she didn’t see me as yet since they changed shift), wanting to know if I’m African or Indian and made the statement as that Indians have to have everything right or they will complain or African will accept the issues but will tell you what’s wrong. We went to the bar to get something and no one was there, spoke to manager said that they’ll send someone, no one showed up after waiting 30 minutes. Spoke to the manager to say it’s been a while and was basically said oh well and left it to be. The utter rudeness, uncleanliness and proper working amenities made this stay horrible. The only thing I was thankful for, was that it was for two nights
