So east to get to with parking opposite and easy proximity to the promenade and the shops and theatres. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the coffee was ethically sourced. We ate twice in Platform 9 and there's a good choice of food.

Lovely hotel, very clean, spacious and quiet room. bed was comfy. Good variety of breakfast options of traditional English breakfast,cereal, toast, fruit etc. Great location with supermarket, bars, rail and tram station close by.

The hotel was ideally situated. A short walk to the sea front and shops. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. A really good breakfast was provided.
