Safe Clean and comfortable!

Hotel is clean! Staff is always helpful! We stay there often when visiting family! Breakfast could use some work! Maybe some bagels or English muffins? Maybe some peanut butter?

Older model bathroom and hotel, but there were efforts to maintain cleanliness and to keep updated. The air condition was in and out, as well as the fridge. However, the gym and breakfast was nice! We paid top dollar unfortunately, due to parents weekend.

2 negatives were 1. Getting woke up at 3am to smoke alarm going off to find out it was from someone smoking. 2. found 2 bugs in room and I really cannot tell you what they were. Not bedbug or cockroach. 1 was in bathroom counter and other was near tv stand.

Dirty. Had to change rooms due to the first one smelling like animal urine. The woman at the front desk was very nice about it and got us a new room right away. The next morning there seemed to be some disagreement between staff in front of guests.

Not the greatest

Wasn’t the best quality but unfortunately we are a captive audience with area hotel prices jacked up for VT home games. Not sure I would stay here again. There was a roach on the TV table, the room was musty and there was an overall air of uncleanliness throughout the room. But service was lovely. So the search continues for a hotel near VT, which is decent without getting price gouged.

it was trash . i was put in the worst room available ( first room on the first floor across from an opened janitors closet with a communal patio setup outside my window ) as soon as i entered the room i asked to change but the front desk lied and said all rooms were booked . ten minutes later i asked for a refund as i chose to stay at another hotel and they only agreed to refund half since i already “stayed in my room” .

This place is DIRTY. Like sticky everywhere. The rooms are temperature regulated, or maybe the a/c units are just super old... but everything feels WET in the room. Even the bed linen. Yuck. And the shower was FULL of mold. I had my baby staying there with me and he was coughing so bad just after an hour. I had reserved 3 nights, but went to the front desk and asked for a refund for the next 2 nights, and told them I was checking out first thing the next morning. Sooooo gross. Seriously. Stay away!!

After we checked in, we asked for the elevator to take our suitcases to our room. We were told there wasn’t one. When they advertise their property, that should be included in the description. There also was no staff to help. The room was okay except for the dampness and mold in the shower.
