We purchased this home in 2019 and did a complete renovation. The basement is a full time rental. The upstairs we rent out for VT Football games and graduation. This rental includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Easily sleeps 6. The back patio includes a table, chairs and gas grill for you to use. The bedrooms include 1 queen, 1 queen, and a twin bed with trundle. This rental is across Prices Fork Road from Campus and is approximately 1.5 miles from Lane Stadium.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Lane Stadium. You'll find features such as laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in the holiday home.
