Property was in poor overall condition. Numerous burned out light bulbs, tv didnt work, broken blinds, messy patio, etc. Property is managed by "Vacasa" who do not take care of customer concerns. Vacasa did respond to a couple messages, but didnt fix any of the actual problems, and then ghosted. There's no point in having a property manager if they dont do anything. Entry requires a 10 digit code to be entered in a certain (ie quick) way, which is quite hard. There is no key for the property, and they wont bring one either. There are multiple steps (stairs) in the unit that werent mentioned (1 person in our party is semi-disabled).
