Un bain à remous, une laverie et une salle de jeux vidéo sont à la disposition des clients dans cette cabane non-fumeurs. This house was absolutely amazing! We brought 19 ladies from church on our annual Ladies Retreat here and it was such a refreshing house. We enjoyed having rooms that had actual beds and plenty of room to move around. We didn’t have to have 7-8 people sharing a room, which was great! The hot tub and theater room were great amenities. It was also great having tons of room to eat together and a big enough living room where we could all gather. We had nothing that could be better because it was all great! The host was also amazing and was easy to reach! We look forward to coming here again!

We finally found a place to house our whole family, 24 people! Everyone had a bed, no air mattresses needed . The cabin(actually a massive cabin) was perfect! Lots if individual spaces while still having a homey- cozy vibe! Perfect!

We had our annual family reunion with 13 adults and 7 kids here. The cabin had plenty of room for all; and the kids loved the game room! The kitchen was well supplied. The beds were so comfy! The whole cabin was very clean and family friendly. We enjoyed a lot of time out on the deck too.

Family Gathering

Location was great for our large family gathering (almost 30 people from 1 year to 70 years). Large number of bedrooms with lots of beds an private or shared bathrooms. Gathering room large enough for the whole group, also seating for a large portion of us out on the covered deck for eating. Theater and game room was particularly great for kids and young adults.

MUST Rent!

I wish I could give 100 stars for this cabin! We have rented many cabins in the past and this one blew us away. The owners pay great attention to detail and we did not want for anything while we were there. There is so much to do just on the property. We had ages from 10 to 77 and everyone had the best time. We will certainly be back!

The cabin was amazing so much bigger than what the picture shows. Very tastefully decorated for Christmas but the best part was the enjoyable time we had with our family. My one son does a survivor game and we had plenty of room for him to do it on the outside if you’re looking for a place that you can have your family get together you couldn’t ask for a better place. everything about the cabin is up and above what you normally find in places. Can’t thank Kurt and Kathleen for all the hard work they put in the cabinenough for all the work they put into that cabin hello

A Christmas we won’t soon forget!

This Christmas cabin is the stuff Christmas dreams are made of! While the cleaning crew in the house before hand leave a lot to be desired, the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful for anything we needed. There is room to play for big groups both inside and out, and the hot tub on a clear night is magical. We loved how organized and labeled everything was- it made it very easy to settle in and feel at home!

My 50th Birthday Celebration!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The Holly Jolly Christmas Cabin is so much more than we could have ever imagined. We cancelled dinner plans twice because the house was cozy and great we did not want to leave! The room sleeps 28 people! We were 14 and had 2 rooms left over! I would recommend this cabin to ANYONE!

Beautiful Property, Perfect for a Large Family Gathering

The Christmas Cabin is an unbelievably beautiful property, particularly if Christmas is your favorite holiday. Our 20+ person wedding party fit comfortably and had plenty of space to sleep, congregate, and 'separate' (when needed). Communication with the hosts was fantastic, and they were very responsive when we initiated the communication. My only suggestion to would-be renters is that you are very aware of the quiet hours posted in respect for the neighborhood. Perfect location for access to destinations in north/northeast Georgia. Thanks so much for hosting our wedding party!

PERFECT for our Large Family! 10 STARS!!!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! For the last 10 years, my husband and I have rented a large place for our growing family to gather and take a photo in matching pajamas. In our blended family, we have 7 adult children plus spouses/significant others, and 15 grandchildren. We have stayed at MANY large properties over the years. This has been the VERY BEST ONE YET! The whole property is extremely clean and very well-kept. The home is well-stocked and beautifully furnished. The owner, Katherine, is very responsive and accommodating. Because my husband and I do all of the cooking, I was pleasantly surprised that I was sent a detailed list of everything that was provided in the cabin so we did not have to take any unnecessary appliances. Our group ranged in age from 18 months to 73 years, and there was truly something for everyone. We never left the house and we all had a wonderful time. So much so that for the first time since we began our tradition, we plan to come back to this same location next year. If you are looking for a great place for a large group, look no further. The Holly Jolly is a wonderful home to make some great memories!

Great place for family reunion

We had a great stay at the Holly Jolly Christmas Cabin. 11 adults + 14 kids all fit well, with plenty of beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Everything was very clean when we arrived, cabinets and light switches labeled, very clear and thorough instructions for all amenities (TVs, theater room, hot tub, etc.), and good communication with owners whenever we had a question. Overall it was a great experience and we would happily stay there again.

Fantastic 'Cabin'!!

We stayed at Holly Jolly for a week over the 4th of July, and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful, spotless, enormous home. The Christmas decor is delightful, and we themed the week 'Christmas in July' with gag gifts and the Saran ball game! My extended family ranges from 20 to 91, and Holly Jolly has something for everyone. Such a peaceful location with privacy, stunning views, wildlife, and lots of room! The location is also wonderful with easy access to grocery stores, golf, pickleball, etc. This was certainly a week for the books! A special thank you to Kurt & Kathryn Heier for their attentiveness and being so willing to go the 'extra mile' for one of our party who is in a wheelchair. I highly recommend this home and these owners!
