Staff was very friendly however the carpet was very dirty in the room and the pool was green none of these 2 things does not reflect what was on the web site also we got to the hotel at 5.30 PM to find that the kitchen was closed for orders yet the pamphlet in the room said 5.30pm to 9 pm and the breakfast which was included was a continental breakfast which was supposed to include English breakfast which never happened. Wifi signal was very weak coming on and off. No elevator for patrons parking underground so you must pack your cases up a 20 stair flight.definitely would not recommend this hotel. Advertised as a 4 star more like a 1 star
Easy check in , carpet not that clean , hot day , air conditioning stopped working, hairdryer not working. Breakfast was lovely, very professional staffâ€ïž
Property was a little run down and need s some maintenance.
Our rooms toilet did not flush and when showering, lots of water went onto the floor. Seal missing between shower screen and top of the bath.
I had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the breakfast. Room 603
However, my aircon dod not blow cold at all. The Hot water in my room took 15 mins to come, an extreme waste of water. This was with the maintenance crew standing and pouring the taps i could not use thw shower as the cold tap was not functional.
I was then assisted to tey find a new room. Of which we tried 612, 311 & 200 and something, not one of the rooms aircons worked. Nor did any of thw taps run hot in under 5 mins of pouring water I would hate to know the wastage water going through this hotel, bever mind the water bill
Arrived at hotel at 13:20. Lady at reception said I couldn't check in until 14:00, and that there was no early check in. So we waited until 13:50 to check in the lady still said "no". So when 14:00 came around I received the key to my room, and went upstairs to the room.
Upon entering the room I discovered the bed not even made and the rubbish hadn't been emptied.
I returned to reception, where I was told to wait again for housekeeping to make my room. Spoke to the manager who changed me to a room that was ready.
It was okay.... Struggled with communication. e.g. the person who made the booking never returned my calls or messages. So i had to pay for a room I wanted to cancel because of the bad communication. Even if we did not use the extra room. We were never on the breakfast list, even when we paid for it.
There is room for improvement the hotel is only a 3 star on the site shows as a 4 star the service was wonderful and staff were helpful the hotel was clean and safe
The front desk failed to order a taxi for our trip to the airport in the morning as they had promised.
At the sink the water is deflect it and sprays the clothes of the person washing his or her face.
