I booked at the last minute, just an overnight, so I was grateful they had a room (303) available. The room was clean, but there was no hot water. I didn’t discover this until the next morning when I tried to shower. I wanted to tell the front desk when I checked out, but there wasn’t anybody there and we were in a hurry to go. I would stay there again, but I’d check the water temperature upon arrival.

The room was very nice as was the staff. Didn't use the pool but looked adequate. No hot tub. The only draw back, is it was a little difficult to find.

First of all the first room we were in attempted to take a hot shower and had no hot water in the bathroom. At all, we brought it to the staff's attention. And they acted like we were in the wrong by wanting to be put in a room with hot water and got an attitude with us. The second room we were put in refrigerator didn't work. And they refused to fix that situation, and again proceeded to be rude and unhelpful, I will never stay there again.

The staff was no where to be found for about 15 mins...When they did appear, they were very courteous! However they facility is old and dusty! Major construction was taking place to the ceiling of the lobby. The room is also old and very dingy! I had to turn the heater up to 78 degrees to get it to warm up. Definately overpriced!
