Clean room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, decent breakfast. Curtains were dirty (sheer panels) and room smelled a little musty. Parking lot not equipped for small trailers but we made do.

Giant stains on towels, bed, shower curtains. People smoking weed in the parking lot. Lady at front desk took a call while checking us in and same woman stopped us multiple times after we did mobile check out trying to leave.

VERY, VERY difficult to find. I called from my car phone seeking help. Person answering the phone had a poor command of English and was unable to help. By accident I found the unmarked property on my own. When I arrived, the teenaged girl at the desk ignored me while she was reading a book. I had to raise my voice to get her attention. AVOID this facility; save yourself unnecessary aggravation.

They advertised a hot tub, but they took it out, so that was disappointing. That is one reason i booked there or i would have went somewhere else. When you pay for that and expect it to be there, that is not right. The beds were hard as well.

Everything about the hotel was great-fresh rooms, clean property, nice area. Only issue was the woman that checked us in had issues with the computer system and from the time we walked through the door at 11:30pm it was about 30 minutes until we actually got to our room. After driving for 6 hours we just wanted to get to our room, we really didn’t want to listen to how terrible the system was an other negative chit chat. Breakfast was your typical continental waffle, cereal, yogurt which was as expected. Checkout was fast & easy.

Staff (especially Chrissy(?) at check in were phenomenal - sign said facility was being "refreshed", so maybe these are in the process of being addressed, but... Hotel problems: 1)room phone mislabeled and dysfunctional, 2)desk chair stuck at "pre-school " height ( replaced by staff), 3) bathroom sink didn't drain, 4) no tp holder, 5) no Kleenex, 6) mini fridge/micro cabinet not set up for easy access (hinges bent from awkward positioning, 7) indirect lighting horrible for reading and/or paperwork, and 8) outside ground spotlight shining in Through the curtains all night long... If these can be addressed, I'd be happy to return next year.

Staff was nowhere to be seen when we arrived. Rang the bell, called the phone, nothing for nearly 10 minutes. Then got to the room and the bathtub looked dirty, the paint job in the bathroom was sloppy with paint drips on the tile floor. There were crumbs in the bed when we pulled back the sheets and the nightstands had cup rings and also sticky stuff on them. We usually have great experienced with Country Inn & Suites which is why I prefer to book rooms with them. But this location is not great.

While I normally do not leave reviews, I was hoping for someone to reach back out to me after receiving a text from the property regarding my stay. It was stated that someone would follow-up with me, and no one has. I realize the property is going through upgrades, so I am assuming my king suite on the 3rd floor has not had any upgrades yet. The carpet was stained, the walls were dirty with sticky dripping spilled drinks near the fridge, the bathroom doors/floor were dirty, there was rusty mildew all over the bathroom door frame, the ceiling had a huge crack, there was a dead roach on the carpet by the bedside table, and the shower had zero pressure. I mentioned this at checkout and was simply apologized to. I have never had this many issues at a hotel before and would appreciate speaking to someone about a refund. I have photos of all of the above issues if needed. Thank you.

The pool area had construction materials in it, and it wasn't clear if it was open. There were no signs on the pool door. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed our short stay.

Black mold in the hallway. The room was so humid, our bedding was wet and so were our clothes in our suitcase when we woke up in the morning. Terrible, musty smell and damp air. We have stayed here before with no trouble, but we will not stay here again next year.
