Very run down. Some of the employees were rude. Were not even asked how our stay was when we left. Continental breakfast was toast, bagels, 3 kinds of cereal and apples. Room was SO dusty. Vent in bathroom had dust hanging from it. Lamps were nasty. Was never told have to ask for them to clean your room if staying more than one night and was hung up on when I was asking the front desk about it. Were abruptly kicked out of the pool on Monday and told they needed to shock it and wouldnât be opened again until the health department came. Monday was the cleanest the pool was our whole stay so I have a hard time believing they really âneededâ to shut it down at that time and it was more of a convenience. We were there to get some sun and donât have a point so just another disappointment of our stay. When they add scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, and biscuits and gravy(what you get for free at many other hotels) you pay $14.95/per personđđđ Buckets catching drops of water in the lobby, halls, bar, restaurant. Again, could be a great place- great location and amenities available, but very poorly run and run down. Spend your money at a different lake resort.
