Staff is always friendly. I have stayed here a few times before, with no issues. The room I was in for this stay was across the hall from the elevator, very noisy. Someone either punched or kicked our door at 11:55 pm. I requested a new room but was never notified when one was available for the second night. I choose to stay here for the convenience and for the openness of the parking lot.

The hotel entrance and my room smelled strongly of a harsh cleaning solution. The staff changed my room, but then maintenance left the tv on in the adjacent room all night. The walls are thin. The windows are small and the lights are dim. It was on the lower end of any Hampton I have stayed at.

Very clean in room and main lobby eating area. Emmy was so helpful check in. Breakfast was great! The ceiling in room 131 was a mess! Cracks on every edge, patches painted white when ceiling was an off white. We set room temp on auto, but it remained 75 and hotter than blazes all night not mention the heater in the room was so loud. Sounded like a plane taking off every 12 minutes. The location and cleanliness kept it at a 4 star.
