I would give this property 5 stars, it’s a great location, it’s clean, everyone is nice BUT there were zero working elevators and the staff seemed completely unconcerned. Several said, “the left elevator works, it’s just acting up a little”. That acting up meant it didn’t actually come up to the 4th floor and we witnessed the “1” flashing and the door opening and closing on its own. We first noticed problem at 5pm on Saturday, when we came back at 11pm and asked if someone was fixing it, we were told it was too late to call someone. What about 6 hours earlier? At 11am it was still not working and the front desk staff still didn’t seem interested in calling maintenance. Luckily we were ok walking up and down 4 flights, but what about those who can’t?

Kendall is awesome. She helped me with managing boxes I shipped there and assured me everything was fine. A great employee!! The bathroom wasn’t perfectly clean, there were hairs in it. Overall a very easy place to stay for move-in and we will stay again.
