Carpet was dirty. Pool was unusable- too cold and dirty. Floor in room was dirty. Bed was comfortable but very limited towels and washcloths. Ice machine gone from our floor so had to go downstairs to get ice.

I really want to give this hotel a good review, but we would not stay here again. The gentlemen at check in was super nice and we can't say enough good things about him. The issues we had was the hotel not being clean. You could tell that the floors in out room were not cleaned just by looking at them and my white socks were black from walking around. The ice machine filter has not been cleaned in some time, and we could tell because our ice was black and dirty. I'm not sure if the juice machine at breakfast had the same issue or not but the apple juice literally made me get sick after about 30 minutes. We didn't use the hot tub or pool, but it seemed to be the nicest perk if you get to use it. The pool room was very clean.

Get there they had to put us in 3 different rooms 1st locked someone in already then 2nd sink was leaking all over floor and then we had to get a room with 2 beds instead on king bed. Pool and hot tub out of service.

I booked for 2 nights. When I came back at 10pm the second night, there was a large group of young foreign construction workers partially clothed, tatoos, etc., in the rooms around mine. When I got to mine, the door was open, my stuff was moved, and there were people in my room. The kind gentleman working at the desk that shift explained that a number of rooms had mistakes. My room was not cleaned. I was in the system as a 'no-show,' even though I had checked in and stayed there. NOT COOL.
