It was so bad here; the pictures do not represent what this hotel looks like; the room smelled disgusting - smoke and mild; there were stains on the comforter and coach; the coach in the room was old and disgusting. There were pigeons outside in the ‘deck’ area they weee crawling around all night and there was pigeon poop all over the outside area. There was also garbage in that deck and a dirty tissue in the floor in the room. I stayed one night only because it was so late when I got there and I was exhausted but immediately checked out the following day. I didn’t sleep because I was so grossed out.

The 1st room they gave us the bathroom was disgustingly dirty… switched us to another room that had bugs! Obviously we didn’t stay there it was so gross! I would never stay there ever! Luckily the Hampton Inn in Bedford had a room available…. Go there instead! Whatever you do..DO NOT STAY at this quality inn!

Given a room with bathroom that had water leakage from ceiling. It must have been going on for a while since the ceiling tile was molded badly. Asked front desk staff to fix the issue while we were out. Nothing was done until we asked to change the room.

I was very disappointed in our stay. When we walked in the staff was friendly. The hotel smelled good, but when we walked in our room, number 108 it was bad! Photos will be attached. It smelled very musky. The towels were damp in the room, we thought maybe they just put them there and they weren’t dried all the way. The bathroom was in very bad condition and that’s where all the moisture was coming from. My husband left his duffel bag on the carpet and the next morning it was damp and everything in it! I told my concerns to the front desk the next morning. To try to be positive the staff was fine, the hotel itself didn’t smell just our room and breakfast was nice in the morning. There is definitely a mold problem in the bathroom that is not good for people!

Our room was clean, and check-in was easy and staff was friendly. The door to the bathroom needs replaced but most everything else was in good shape.

Currently, most parking is remote as hotal building access was difficult as hotel building between parking and front entrance was in poor to bad shape. No signs directing people away from damaged steps, had to walk either up hill across grass to get to entrance or around area.
