I was there on Friday 30 June 2023 for two nights. When we arrived, we were told that the room was only for two adults, although i booked it for two adults and two children. They told me that they had an issue with Expedia, but I said that that was their problem, not mine. They then lied to me and said that they contacted Expedia and that Expedia cancelled the reservation and refunded my money. I refused to leave. The receptionist who was dealing with us did not speak English and was very unsympathetic, even seeing that we have young children. A very nice person was translating for us, but that was not convenient. The hotel owner came and promised to solve the problem. The manager then came and seemed very irritated. They offered us another room for a discounted price. I refused, so they gave us the room for free. The AC in the room was not working, and that day was very humid. They promised to have it fixed, but that never happened. The following day they brought us one of those water ACs. The following morning, the room was soaking with water and my laptop (charged on the flour because the room was really small) only survived miraculously. The same receptionist did not apologize; in fact, he seemed to blame us for complaining about the AC. The water faucet had hot water only, and toilet hand spray (found in Muslim countries) was not working. In addition to all this, the area is very busy and the loud music in the hotel only stops at 3AM. This is not a place for kids or fam

Alt katı nargile kafe olan bir mekanın üstte boş kalan odalarının “bodrum gözde yer, otel arayan çok, hadi burayı otel yapalım” şeklinde değerlendirilmesinden ibaret gece 2-3 e kadar müzik sesinin çınladığı, ses izolasyonunu bırakın, cam çerçevenin bile tam kapanmadığı bir atıl odacık.
