This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. When we got there, it was late so we went to the restaurant and we were served cold chicken. When I told the waiter it was cold, he took it back and they obviously microwaved it and then it just became mushy. Our room was next to the machine room and so throughout the whole night it was very loud as there were machine sounds going. I took a shower in the evening and the water was cold. There was a free shuttle, but it only ran on the hour and so we couldn’t use it in the morning. We were given a price in the evening on what it would cost to have someone drive us to the airport and by the morning the price had increased. It was much cheaper just to take the Uber.

The staff was courteous and friendly. Although my room was very warm, they quickly sent up a quiet, effective fan. As free shuttles go once an hour, it is hit or miss at the the airport, but convenient to go to the airport from the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Hotel’s looks and design are pretty cool and modern, breakfast was awesome, wifi was good and staff was very friendly, transport to and from the airport was perfect However a couple of things kind of ruined the experience 1- the power outlets & USB plugs close to the bed don’t work at all, only realized that next morning when my devices were almost dead 2- light inside the bedroom during the day is great (sun light) however as soon as it got dark outside the room became very dark and the 3 lamp lights available didn’t illuminate much, so don’t count on working at night 3- TV services useless, smart TV services didn’t even displayed the local stations 4- sliding bathroom door didn’t close so there was no privacy 5- water pressure in the shower was really lacking and to get hot water I had to turn the entire nob and control of temperature was not possible 6- this I think was an oversight they didn’t replace the toilet paper when they made the room ready, leaving me with a useless 4 squares of TP .. 7- the room has no temperature control at all so during the day it went up a bit high for my taste and at night it went noticeably down
