The problem with this hotel is they sell it as “luxury” and all the photos they present are just not truthful.
Theres nothing “luxury” about this place. If they were honest and removed that word from their name i would rate it higher but it’s just not true.
The room is decent and the view is nice. The main desk workers are nice and helpful. But various areas of the hotel are worn down. If you look behind the curtains in the room the floor is very dirty. The breakfast was pretty sad and lazy and looks nothing like the photos. The walls are paper thin and you can hear neighbors speaking and making noises literally all day long and at night. The rooms have a mini kitchen and if you leave any dirty plates or trash around the room the cleaning people will never pick or clean them up.
Overall just not a great experience for what they sell you on the photos, etc. Sadly because if they put a little more effort this would be a nice hotel.
