The room conditions were ok, clean and equiped with the necessities. The staff was not courteous but transactional. They did not have water bottles available in the room nor the front desk. The gym had the bare minimuns. However, the rooftop terrace seemed nice. Location of the hotel is very good, walking distance from the Park at 93rd and to several restaurants.

I had a generally great experience. First off, the front desk service was outstanding. They were quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful, which really set the tone for a positive stay. The location is perfect too. It is situated within walking distance to plenty of great bars, restaurants, and a beautiful park. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was especially spacious, and the large shower with excellent water pressure was a delight. That said, I did have a couple of issues that kept me from giving a full 5-star rating. Within 20 minutes of arriving, someone used their key card to enter my room without any warning. I’m not sure who it was, but I just saw the door close. Shortly after that, housekeeping knocked to ask if I needed extra towels or toilet paper. However, it was a little od as two or three different people came in and out of the bathroom for these items. I’m not sure why so many people were involved for such a simple task. Another inconvenience was that I received multiple calls at 8 AM, which were just hang-ups. Then, housekeeping tried to open the door even after I clearly said "no thank you" to the knock. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a “Do Not Disturb” sign available to hang on the door, which would’ve been helpful to avoid this. The repeated interruptions in the morning were quite frustrating. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and I think the hotel has a lot to offer.
