Eric went so far out of his way to meet our need, for a wheelchair to borrow, for assistance with parking and laundry facilities. He was friendly, kind, helpful, and we had the sense that the example he set poured out to his colleagues as well.

Disabled Beware - Additional Parking Charge Madato

Booked for a quick overnight stay in Boise. Was charged at check in for $20 for parking garage. Im handicap plated and use disabled parking on street.. Did try to use parking garage later and had to pay $12. Took it inside and instead of a credit, she said the parking wasnt on my card/room and then gave me a 2nd card to use for parking to get out.. So basically, I paid the $20 for parking when I checked in, then an additional $12 to park, and this whole time I never pay as im disabled. Feel cheated and staff didnt care/hear me.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The parking garage was easy to navigate and find a spot, though it’s $20 per day. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s nothing fancy, but it met our needs. The lobby was quite nice and welcoming. One heads-up: finding a place to park while checking in was a little tricky. The best option is to go directly into the public parking garage, which will guide you to the lobby entrance for check-in. After we checked out, the hotel called to let us know we had left a debit card behind in the room. They kindly mailed it to us, which we really appreciated. Great service and a solid stay overall.
