Breakfast staff was rude! People who were in the breakfast area and plating their food before 9 am weren't allowed to finish once the clock struck 9. The staff immediately started cleaning up and putting stuff away. I'd never seen anything like it. Pool was freezing but other than the breakfast experience the hotel is great. Very clean.

Some complaints were room needed fixed up (but was clean) and the bed was too hard. Needs a topper put on it or something to allow some give for comfort. Too close to the airport, kept waking up due to the jets flying over. Also, not sure if renovations were happening in the middle of the night or if people actually lived there and were rearranging their rooms. Very noisy. Friendly staff though. Close to spectrum. Clean.

After reading great reviews on this hotel we decided to book with them. Well we reserved two room's first room had medication on the floor and sheets were still dirty! Second room was never cleaned and the bathtub did not drain so they moved us to another room where the smoke detector beep every 30 seconds. So they moved us once again to the third room. The first night the dog above us ran the room all night after three calls to the office and them making contact with the people above us they moved us once again! On top of all this we went to go sit in the hot tub well its NOT hot at all maybe 100° it also had sand in it. The pool was dirty there were zero towels in the pool room.The front desk said they knew and they can't do anything about it. Breakfast was okay very limited. Nice people and great location pool table was nice, but will never stay again!
