While room was updated and bedroom portion seemed clean… Heater was broken and room didn’t get above 62°, toilet paper was unrolled and torn with toilet seat up and Kleenex empty, and Room 106 was LOUD including service being so loud outside my door dropping f-bombs and laughing at 5:30am

Room was clean. During checking staff was friendly very helpful, even though a customer interrupted us while checking in the staff handle it very professional. Their freshly brew coffee was very good. Really enjoyed staying here. However, the bed did made a weird popping sound every time you were turn. It didn’t bother me but only stayed 1 night not sure if it would get on someone’s nerves if the stayed is longer.

Newly renovated, staff was amazing. Coffee 24/7 in the lobby and continental breakfast was great. TV was old, bring your own device if you want streaming but there is regular progamming available.

There were no hangers to hang up my clothes. lighting in the bedroom area was a bit dark to do paperwork by. I would stay there again however. I would like a Do Not Disturb sign to put on the exterior of the door. The coffee was good and so were the cookies. thank You Maria C.
