Cute, Comfy and Convenient

Great spot and great experience. Having the bicycles was a huge plus, as we biked quite a bit. We love Boise and highly recommend this house.One thing to note, there is a second rental attached. Not a problem except when that guests dog was barking. But getting in touch with management was no problem.

Great location

Great property, extremely clean and close to downtown and greenbelt access. Great location to explore Boise. Living room was comfortable to relax in and backyard sitting area was relaxing. The communication with property manager/owner was exceptional. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Just what we need

This place has what we need: clean beds, clean bath, clean kitchen, working appliances (including laundry!) and a book that tells us how things work. We've been here before, and always found the host clear, prompt, and friendly in communicating. The check out is simple, and we will be back.

Great neighborhood, cute space

The home worked great for our long weekend trip as a couple. Based on the size, our kiddos would’ve also been ok with the bedroom setup. I appreciate the cruisers available with the place as we took advantage of the close proximity to the greenway and local food and breweries. Good Times Bagels is a must visit. I also appreciate the coffee and snacks upon arrival. Only thing is that it only has the basics in the kitchen. They ask that visitors clear the fridge after using so there aren’t condiments. Bring your own condiments and cooking additions (ie oils).

My granddaughter and I who were on bonding vacation. The place was very clean. It was well stocked with kitchen items that would be needed in order to have an independent cooking lifestyle. I enjoyed my stay and I would go again in a heartbeat.

Great Little Place

Little cottage is really cute and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. House was well stocked. The only thing to know is the bathroom is very tiny. Would be tough for more than 2 people to share the bathroom. Besides that it was great!

Just what we needed

It's an older house, whose aesthetic we love; and the wooden-framed window in the bathroom WORKED (well done!), so we could lower the top pane for ventilation. We were in Boise to visit family, but my son took an afternoon off on one of the available bikes, and loved riding by the river. This was our first short-term rental, and the experience has made us very comfortable with doing it again.

This was a great location to restaurants, liquor store, a wonderful cafe with amazing pastries and campus. A nice aspect was the ability to chill at the house together. It is a very cute little cottage!

House was perfect. Would have been awesome to have a BBQ’r to use. Parking is something to be desired. Neighbors having parties in the area, so parking in front of the house was not available. We followed the check out directions but there was no laundry detergent to start the load before leaving.

Quick Weekend Stay

The house is as advertised; perfectly neat, clean convenient and safe. It seems there’s a separate unit attached (partially in back and partially in the basement) but we never saw or heard anyone in there. It’s easy walking distance to downtown attractions and biking distance to the greenbelt, campus and everything else in town. Neighbors to the East were very nice in particular. Excellent experience and value.

Throught we would be the only ones on the property, but it was just a portion of the house. There was a wierd smell throughout the house. The house was pretty warm at night depite adusting the thermostat. Great location and check in/out was easy.

Cozy House in Perfect Location

My boyfriend and I were visiting Boise for the first time, and opted to stay in a Vrbo instead of a hotel. This place was exactly what we needed. I worked part of the time, and the desk was very helpful. My boyfriend was able to watch tv and cook while I was busy, which was great for him. The host has a YouTube TV account you have full access to. The bedrooms are good sized, with lots of hangers. Street parking was super easy and even had lots of trees so you could park in the shade. But the best part was the location. We love to walk, and downtown is only 15 minutes away! We would definitely stay here again.

My 13yr old and I stayed here for a few days. This place is cute and cozy! The location is in great location. Nice neighborhood and within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do. Will stay here again!
