Our room was clean and we were comfortable. Staff member there was very nice. We missed both airport shuttle there and back to the airport due to how late we arrived and how early we left. I do wish the manager would have shuttled us over to Boise State in the morning since it was within shuttle service time and they clearly were not busy. Otherwise, awesome place to stay and breakfast was good.

Room was dirty, stuff left on floor from previous people who stayed, no toilet paper. We always check under bed for bed bugs and noticed the dust ruffle on box spring was stained with blood and other liquid/soil stains. Very disgusting. We had to ask to have housekeeping, which was fine. The first morning we asked for it we were told no because they got slammed with too many people. So we asked for it the next day and they said yes. Come back at end of day and they never came. Will not be coming back to this place.
