Very nice quiet room on top floor. Bit of a walk up if you don’t wait for elevator but good exercise. Very good breakfast with good service. Air conditioning works well if you like it cold like North American hotels. Can’t beat the location!

Even though this hotel is a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore, and they're an action movie playing on the big screen in the middle of the square, I couldn't hear it unless I got my ear closeto the window for a very faint trail of the sound. The location is amazing, the staff is attentive and friendly, and the room is modern and clean. Because i have an early flight, I won't be able to try the breakfast, but the staff has even prepared a boxed breakfast for my family to take on the go. Other than the verrrry slow elevator, it's hard to find anything to complain about.

Sweet gem in great location

Sweet little hotel in an excellent location. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was great! Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our breakfast waiter gave us a short list of good restaurants nearby. The main plaza is a stone's throw away. This is an older hotel but it's beautiful!

From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the attention to detail—everything from the quality of the linens to the complimentary amenities exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions yet peaceful enough for a restful night. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options. We truly felt pampered throughout our stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!
