Arrivo in struttura e per mia sorpresa mi viene assegnata una stanza di categoria piu' bassa rispetto a quella prenotata (camera standard al posto della junior suite).
La camera era sporca, mal ridotta e piena di peli e capelli ovunque.
Muovo le mie rimostranze all'operatore (tutto via chat in quanto non esiste un presidio fisico nella struttura) e mi viene risposto che il disguido Ăš dovuto ad un probelma di sincronizzazione di Expedia con i loro sistemi.
Dato che non Ăš un mio problema, richiedo di avere la stanza per cui ho pagato ma mi viene risposto che la struttura Ăš piena. Male. Chiedo un rimborso e mi dicono che verificheranno.
Infastidito, vado a fami una doccia ma non c'Ăš acqua calda, ricontatto l'operatore, parlo con gli inservienti ma a quanto pare la caldaia si Ăš rotta. L'acqua calda arriverĂ solo nel pomeriggio del secondo giorno. Come alternativa mi viene proposto di andare a lavarmi in una palestra li vicino. Rifiuto e mi offrono un buono di 5 euro da consumare in un bar. Imbarazzante.
Ad oggi non mi hanno ancora ne erogato un rimborso ne alcuna compensazione per tutti i disagi che mi hanno provocato.
Siamo stati molto bene in questa struttura, comoda, moderna e con un bagno gigantesco. Ci sono dei dettagli migliorabili ma resta molto consigliata per una visita della cittĂ
The room was dirty and had no windows. When I queried this, the host opened an electronic shutter in the ceiling, revealing a dirty skylight, from which dozens of spiders (alive and dead) then fell onto the bed - so I had to keep that closed for the duration of the stay. There was also a funny smell which was apparently a spray to âsanitiseâ the room, but I think the real reason for it was to cover up the mould smell coming from the mini fridge and from the bathroom. There is also no manned reception desk (something I missed from the small print) so check in was quite stressful having to make arrangements to meet the host. It is certainly very well located, but overall not worth the price and I will not be staying here again.
There is no staff on site to help you if you need it. All doors open from a webpage on your phone. If your phone dies, or your data package runs out and you canât access that page, youâre not getting in. The management only responds to texts on WhatsApp from 9AM to 10PM, and in my experience they didnât even respond to those. Thereâs an intercom at the front door, but they wonât answer it. They have only responded to me to argue against giving me a refund after my horrible experience. In addition, they were using my room to store building materials.
To be honest, the room was fine, the staff once we met them were very friendly. The checkin was VERY difficult I have to say. No guidance on how to enter the property (no reception), I wrote messages on Expedia before that were left unanswered, then wrote to the provided whatsapp number which was left unread and then i called 30mins before checkin. Once this was settled the room was fine. I loved the location and the staff was friendly when i met them.
Pros: location, clean room, easy check in process. Kind staff.
Remarks: junior suite has no windows. All doors are opened through an app. It malfunctioned once and 4 guests were stuck outside. Hotel is kind of hard to reach through WhatsApp. Since no reception one would assume faster replies through WhatsApp (I called - not just texted that specific time).
Communication was generally flawed. Their administration (payment and getting information through to staff) was not optimal.
For some reason every night at around 00-02 there was this weird loud sound coming from the walls (water) and some weird suction noises then...the stench...the stench of feces woke us up if the sound didn't. So that wasn't too nice.
But as you can see I'm still giving a 4 star for the stay. Just wanted to be clear with the review that we did encounter and observe som problems. Other than that the location is top notch. The room was spacious and clean. The app is actually quite useful. Never need to keep track of keys (although they did offer physical keys in the room. Just for transparency).
An excellent location in the city area and close to the train station. Room is small but very clean and functional! I only wish the check-in process could have been made easier for guests although staff is very helpful. Enjoyed our one night stay!
Llegue desde las 2 de la tarde y no habia quien nos diera check inn ni informaciĂłn nada ,estaba lloviendo y se le marco y envio WhatsApp no nos respondieron ,envie reporte a hoteles.com ,y me dejaron en espera ,no me han resuelto nada hadta el momento, ni el lugar ni la aplicaciĂłn ,tuve que pagar otro hotel para no quedarme en la calle
Room itself was ok, but considering the price very tiny with no service. Therefore a bad price/service-relation. Heating did not work, so very cold in the room. Also windows are towards the street and level with the sidewalk. Noise and no privacy. Overall a not so pleasant stay.
Great location . We had a little problem with our first room and we moved room. Second room was huge but didnât have a window. We were only there a few nights so we were ok with this. Really appreciated having a late checkout. I would stay again.
