The room was very clean and well appointed. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful along with everyone else I came in contact with from housekeeping to security. It was Calle “a superior room”, but it was a normal nice hotel room, quite small. What bothered me that there was no hair conditioner nor body lotion provided. I would have expected that in a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was nice. The staff all around friendly.
