We enjoyed our stay at this townhome! It was tastefully decorated with a beach theme, very clean and spacious for 4 adults staying together. The bedrooms and full bathrooms were updated and clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the lanai that was screened in all around with a large table for seating up to 6 people. The kitchen was fully stocked, clean with updated appliances. We loved the location as it was close to the beach and restaurants! First time in Bonita Springs and we defintely will return! We did not use the hot tub but it was always prepared and clean. Our host Steve was always great with communication before our stay and during. We highly reccommend this townhome if you are visiting Bonita Springs!

Beautiful property. The house had everything we needed. The surrounding area is peaceful so we both slept really well. We also really enjoyed watching the rabbits, squirrels, birds and iguanas in the back yard. The place was clean and the location put us close to everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend this property and will absolutely stay here again when I return to the area.

Blue Heron Townhome

Having rented several properties on various platforms for personal and business usage, we have learned to appreciate honesty and accuracy in a rental’s description. Blue Heron Townhome’s description and photos are spot on. The home is well appointed with very comfortable beds and furniture- certainly comfortable for our party of 4 adults. The home was very clean, which is essential, convenient to downtown and all other areas in and around Bonita Springs, and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We would not hesitate to rent here again at some point in the future.

nice place with a florida feel

we enjoyed the lanai looking over the canal througout th our stay! Furniture was comfy and beach chairs and umbrella greatly appreciated .Beach access with great sunsets! Historic area is fun to walk and explore ans dine. Great park on the river as well.

What a hidden Gem

This home is so comfortable and inviting from the moment you walk in the door. We were down visiting our daughter who is a student at FGCU. It is a short 18 minute drive to campus and so close to the beach. Loved every bit of this home and Steve was such a welcoming and excellent host. This house is incredibly well updated and clean. Beds are so so comfortable. We will be coming back to this home again.

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Heron! The townhouse was updated, well maintained and clean and the location was fantastic for enjoying all there is to do in the Fort Myers/Bonita Springs area. Very close access to Barefoot Beach.

Everything we needed

Stayed in Bonita to visit our daughter. Perfect location for us. We didn’t try and access the beach or anything. The property was well kept and as advertised. The lanai out back was very comfortable as were the bedrooms and bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay. So many details were adressed: beauty of the art, cleanliness, great mattresses, ice in the freezer and items available for the beach (towels, chairs, cooler). Well located

We did not use the jacuzzi because there were some hairs in the water that didn't look clean either. Took our own sheets and pillows,as well as disposable plates and utensils. Overall it is a nice confortable well located house.

Great 2 BR condo, very convenient

Nice place and kitchen, very well equipped especially liked having gas grill and jacuzzi. The only suggeston is maybe softer filler, the oyster shell area is tough on the tootsies, so don't go barefoot. Very nice place.

Perfect Place in Bonita Springs

This was one of the best places we have stayed at anywhere. Everything was well maintained, clean, comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with good quality items (only thing missing was a strainer.) The screened in back porch overlooking the inlet was just lovely. And the property's location was ideal: not too far from the beach; close to restaurants, grocery stores - even the flea market!

I have booked many places on VRBO but this place went over and above making sure that we had everything we wanted.Steve and his team,left a clean,comfortable and spacious house for us to enjoy.He went out of his way in communicating any needs we had and even got some extras for us!Weather was perfect,sitting outside was heaven for us.We plan to be back to enjoy those sunsets once again!!Thanks again Steve and team.☀

Lovely home in Bonita Springs

Steve's place was newly finished. Everything was top quality. The grill was a nice addition. Nice beds, washer dryer, tv's, appliances. I would recommend this place to any one looking for a quiet place for a vacation rental.
