Cette charmante maison unifamiliale avec piscine à Bonita Springs, en Floride, est à moins de 5 km ou 8 minutes en voiture de la plage la plus proche! Nous acceptons les réservations toute l'année afin que vous puissiez profiter de votre propre coin de paradis! Los Amigos est situé dans une rue calme, à seulement quelques minutes des meilleures plages et restaurants décontractés et raffinés pour lesquels Bonita Springs est célèbre! Nous sommes une maison conviviale avec un forfait de 50 $ par animal.
L'espace:
La maison est spacieuse avec un plan d'étage moderne qui est construit spécialement pour vos vacances! La cuisine mise à jour a des comptoirs en granit magnifiques, des appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris un réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes, une cuisinière et est ouverte sur l'espace de vie. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un grille-pain, un Keurig, un mixeur, des couverts et des assiettes à manger.

La salle à manger a une nouvelle table et des chaises pour accueillir quatre personnes, avec un espace à manger supplémentaire à l'extérieur sur la véranda. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat 55 "avec câble de base, lecteur DVD Blu-Ray et imprimante sans fil inclus dans votre séjour! Le salon est meublé avec un beau canapé et des chaises d'appoint. Ici vous pouvez vous détendre sur les meubles confortables après une longue journée à la plage ou nager dans la piscine!

Il y a beaucoup de place pour six adultes à rester à la maison car la chambre principale a un lit king, la deuxième chambre a une reine et la troisième a des jumeaux. La chambre principale est très spacieuse avec deux placards pour tous vos effets personnels et une télévision à écran plat. La salle de bains principale a été r��cemment réaménagée pour inclure de nouveaux carreaux, ainsi que des éviers et des robinets. Vous apprécierez la grande douche à l'italienne.

La deuxième chambre a un lit queen avec une couette lumineuse. Cette chambre ainsi que toutes les fenêtres de la maison sont dotées de volets de plantation qui confèrent une atmosphère tropicale à la maison et une intimité accrue la nuit. La troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux avec des panneaux de tête de l'herbe de mer qui vous rappellent facilement que vous êtes en vacances et sont seulement un court trajet en vélo loin de la plage!

L'espace de vie de la maison est étendu à l'extérieur jusqu'à la véranda pav��e de briques et la piscine de forme libre. Nous espérons que vous pourrez vous détendre avec un cocktail à la main et regarder le monde se dérouler en plongeant dans la piscine, en faisant griller des hamburgers sur le gril ou en vous relaxant sous le belvédère. Los Amigos est vraiment la maison de vacances que vous attendiez!

Good Communication

The house was clean. Had a slight issue with the hot water in the guest bath and it was resolved easily. Communications with the property manager and agent were easy and prompt. The pool area is wonderful. FYI - The seating arrangements are sparse and odd if you have more than 4 people in the house. One small sofa, 2 chairs. The dining table seats 4 and only 4. The areas and rooms are spacious.

Cute house with private pool

We had a nice stay here. Fenced yard was nice and private for pool time and safe for dogs to play. Neighborhood was quiet safe area for walls. Plenty of towels in closet. We would stay here again.

Part Work Part Play Trip

Overall, the house was a nice place to stay. Was nice that we were able to bring the pups with us while we were on this trip. There were some definite pros and cons to the place. We both were able to work remotely although there really isn't a desk space to work from. Husband worked at kitchen table and I had to makeshift a desk using the bed and board for a desk for my laptop and 2 monitors in the second bedroom. The cleaning could be better as there were spider webs behind furniture, one of the chairs in the living room has a bent leg that will break if someone sits in it, the bedroom furniture needs to be replaced as they are worn out. The pool was such a nice thing to have and we did use it as much as we could. It did stink because of the rain we were constantly having to clean it to get the leaves out. The picture does show a couch set with patio table which is pretty nice and clean. The lounge chairs are really nasty and have not been cleaned. They have stains on them. Someone moved them under the trees hanging from the neighbors fence which needs to be trimmed back. Wouldn't touch those lounge chairs at all. The BBQ pit was dirty so we had to clean it before we even used it. Would have been nice to have a leaf blower to use to get the leaves off the patio and away from the pool. Due to no leaf blower and a cheap dollar store broom we constantly tracked dirt and leaves into the house and the dogs did as well. We borrowed a vacuum to keep us with it.

Good location

Neighborhood was a little run down but still felt safe and close to good restaurants , beach, etc. the pool was a great option for cooling off and lounging. The management company was amazing with their info and responses. Highly recommend the Mike Z team!!!

Although the weather was not the best the location and convenance of this house was great. We actually got in the pool a few times, cold but it was fun. The back yard is very comfortable to hang around in and the inside is decorated perfectly. We will be back :)

great alternative to hotel for athletic event

2 adults and 2 teens for athletic tournament stay, team stayed at nearby hotel and we were thankful to have space vs hotel. Pool was too cold to swim in, but we were expecting that as it isn't heated. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Only complaint is the dog hair- it was everywhere. We travel with our dog a lot and have never stayed somewhere that had this amount of hair. If it was cleaned better, or even had an accessible sweeper I would have swept it up myself and left a better overall review. Otherwise the location was nice and easy, and the house was great. Check in was perfect and they even made sure we didn't need anything on the day we checked in which was a holiday, so we appreciate the property management.

Plumming bad draino in the vanity

Bad experience with this property because after the first day or so the toilets backed up and flooded the back room.. the owner is trying to tell me we flushed paper towels.. all the people at house own houses and know not to do that it’s common sense.. we had to leave and get hotel down the street.. they told me after hanging up on me at 11 at night that they would get there tomorrow??!! With no toilets.. nice!!had to throw out 300 in food and get hotel I want all my money back since I wasted money on food and paid more for hotel than the house!!

We really enjoyed our stay!! The pool was the best part. I could hardly get my kids out of it! The home has been updated, and is very nice! We took advantage of the washer and dryer since we packed light. We spent most of our time on the back patio around the pool during the day, and in the big living room at night. The only faults we could find was the master shower pressure was very light, and the walls in the kids bedroom needs a wash. But, those are very minor things we could live with in this beautiful home!

We had a nice stay at the property. The backyard is really the selling point, the pool and patio are really nice. The house itself is more “ok”. It could use some minor work/attention to detail. The location is centrally located to Fort Myers and Naples which was really convenient and offers lots to do. You definitely do need a rental car to get around the area but the beach and restaurants are all within minutes of the property. We were happy with the management company, they were very responsive and helpful.

Nice spacious house for family

We had a great week visiting Florida. We thought there are pros and cons to this rental on Los Amigos. Giving it 4 stars rather than 3/3.5 as some of the cons might not be an issue for some renters. Pros: very comfortable beds and linens. House had plenty of room for our family of 4. My messages/questions were replied to in a timely manner. Cons: the first thing we saw when pulling up to the rental was overflowing garbage and recycle bins. Lids up with garbage both piled up in bins and some on the ground. Not a great first impression when spending money on a trip. Messaged manager and he said the renters before must not have taken it out with no real solution. We were fine taking it to the curb, but I feel something that should be addressed in the future. 2 of the 3 bedrooms do not have dressers. This was challenging as I had packed 2 kids plus myself in one suitcase. I ended up laying a sheet on the floor and piling our clothes on that. Master bathroom had hair all over the floor when we arrived. The pictures show a covering over the lounge furniture in the backyard. It is no longer there. There were a couple lounge chairs in the back (not shown in pictures so maybe they were some extras) that were really filthy. Full of mildew or something you wouldn’t want to sit on. Looked like the smoke detectors had been taken out of the ceiling. I noticed them in a plastic bag in the hallway. The one smoke detector I saw ended up beeping for no reason one morning and we had to take it out of the wall and turn it upside down against a towel. Which left us with no working smoke detectors that I saw which made me a little nervous. We ended up not using the pool at all. It was constantly full of leaves (there is a net to get them out and can appreciate that this is not a problem because of there being trees) and my young kids did not want to be in it with the vacuum and hose moving around. Overall it was a nice place to be in the mornings and night and we kept ourselves busy during the day doing other things.

Clean, close to shopping

Stayed three weeks. Property manager was very responsive to needs and questions. Took good care of us. We liked having a gas grill, bikes, and beach chairs. During high season, intersection to the main road, Bonita Springs Blvd, is a nightmare. Pro tip: cut thru the parking lot at Aldi! As others have mentioned, the towels are thin. Manager replaced a twin comforter because it was badly torn when we arrived. He also provided a blender when the one supposed to be in the kitchen went missing, and provided or repaid us for the cleaning supplies we requested due to our extended stay. We reported anything we broke. The pool is not heated, but the backyard is the oasis it appears to be in the photos. Loved it.
