The unit itself was beautiful and we had all the amenities we needed for a week. Love having a wash machine in the unit and a dishwasher. The furniture was comfortable and the unit was nicely decorated. Loved being across from the beach and having beach chairs there were key. The host responded to all questions immediately. On the down side, the first night we had to change the sheets because of stains, which looked like blood, on the bottom sheet. Also the floor was very dirty, it looked clean but if you walked around without shoes your feet were absolutely filthy, if I had a mop I would have washed it. The last night there the fire alarm woke us at 5am. Yes, the alarm a full blown alarm which also screamed fire, fire. We looked around, felt the walls went outside and no other alarms in the building were going off . I pressed the reset button and it shut off for 10 minutes or so then it started again. We had to take it off the wall and shut it off. Unfortunately we couldnât get back to sleep and ended up leaving early. All in all the proximity is great but the grounds are run down and still needs work lots of repair. We arenât sure if we would venture back to this establishment. Thank you, Susan
