My wife and I enjoyed our time at the resort. Property is quiet and well maintained. Views are breathtaking and pleasant. Staff were very friendly and pleasant and sought to make sure we had all we needed. Food was spot on! We tried as much as we could that was on the menu and couldn’t find anything we didn’t like and wouldn’t eat again. We jokingly asked each other “do you have anything you didn’t like or would change” and we couldn’t think of anything. Highly recommend and will return if life permits!

This property is a hidden gem. Beautiful grounds on private bay front. The restaurant on site was excellent!! We can’t wait to return for a longer visit.

We visited Linekin Bay in 1975 and again in 1993 with our children then ages 6 and 9. Resort has been upgraded perfectly while maintaining its distinctive character. Just a perfect getaway. Maybe we’ll be back with our grandchildren? Hope so.

Beautiful, renovated property in a quiet part of Boothbay Harbor. The restaurant was great for dinner and the complimentary breakfast buffet. We really enjoyed sailing on one of their O'Day 19 boats, and many other water toys are available. The pool looked nice, but was very crowded. They did not honor our Expedia VIP Perk, but we would definitely return to the resort in the future.

Beautiful salt water pool but crowded with young children. Pool staff had no pool towels available. We were given a dinner credit but didnt know until the next morning. Check out early (10). Breakfast was okay but out of modt items including coffee causing backups.

There was no air conditioning in the room. It was cooler at night but during the day it was quite uncomfortable. (There were other units that had air conditioning.) If you wanted to sit outside and just read, there were no Adirondack chairs in the shade. You had to side at one of the picnic tables with an umbrella. This is not a resort for adults. It is more a camp for kid.

The property was beautiful and kid-friendly however the building we stayed at had no AC. I was told at the front desk that all the information was at their website however I booked through expedia. The salt water pool was wonderful and the hearty breakfast and water activities. Definitely a family-friendly resort but make sure to read amenities! And get the the room with AC.

Beware booking through Expedia! I booked a junior suite for 2 adults and 2 children on the Expedia site. The photos showed a king bed and and sofa and clearly stated sleeps 4. When we arrived there was one king bed and no other rooms were available to sleep 4. The hotel offered a second room at a discount which we had no choice but to take. Expedia was extremely unhelpful and offered a $150 (on a $900 stay plus cost of the second room)refund on the phone insisting the photos only showed one bed. I followed up via chat with screenshots and still got nowhere so I am out the money for a second room for the duration of our stay minus the $150 refund. Can’t believe Expedia doesn’t guarantee your room fits the number of people you book for on their site. Linekin Bay itself was a beautiful resort and we really enjoyed ourselves. Housekeeping was a bit lacking (dusty room and dirty floors) but linens and bathrooms were clean. Great breakfast, amazing pool! Will return but certainly will never book through Expedia. Also, one of our rooms did not have AC and Expedia doesn’t warn about this.

The boat ride was a great added bonus! The food in the restaurant was great! Breakfast had lots of yummy options. Dinner was the flavorful stuffed haddock we’ve ever enjoyed…and we eat out a lot! The room was comfortable with scenic views and quiet! The office staff was welcoming and accommodating.
