Accommodations were beautiful. It was a fun place to stay, walkable to the harbor area. Breakfast was delicious. Availability of drink (alcoholic and non alcoholic) was much appreciated.

This is the best property we have stayed at in a long time. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Mary and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was delicious. We are already planning a longer return trip and have been telling our friends all about this wonderful property.

We stayed three nights on our 8 days in Maine and they were by far the best three nights and mornings of our vacation. The rooms are immaculate, with comfortable beds (so great I bought the sheets), beautiful views, and everything you could need. You arrive to a welcome drink that was simply delicious, and a full bar that is paired with appetizers at 4:30 pm each day. Breakfasts are from the Topside Inn Cookbook, which I obviously now needed, bc each day exceeded our expectations. There are fresh cookies every day available to guests plus a fully stocked seltzer, juice, water, soda fridge, coffee and tea all day. Both Rebecca and Mary were magnificent and such a pleasure. We loved this place so much we are sending our parents to experience this 5 star inn. Could not have loved a place more.

We loved the location, very pretty main house, great staff & great breakfast. Was requested to move from main house to unattached building with outside balcony, which was sold as an upgrade & sounded good but ended up being very noisy due to units above. Side wall insulation seemed to work well but every step above us was clearly heard. We did enjoy the outdoor balcony but wouldn’t stay on bottom floor of the separate buildings again. Cant say how rooms inside main house would have been.

The Topside Inn was the perfect place for our stay in Boothbay Harbor. The Carraige House room was very nice and the bed and bedding was amazing! The views of the harbor are spectacular, especially in the quiet of the early morning. However, the star of the show was the incredible breakfast we had each morning! I highly recommend this Inn to anyone traveling to the Boothbay region.

I really enjoyed my stay at Topside Inn. The staff there are great and will try to make you feel at home. The rooms are really beautiful as well. My one issue that I encountered after my first stay there was billing. They said they have moved to a new billing system so I can understand growing pains and once I brought it to their attention, they fixed it quickly. I had planned to spend time there during the upcoming Labor Day but after no response to my email once I received an email I was being charged for my stay in a few weeks, I received a rude response back. Unfortunately, I don’t want to return to a place that treats any guest or person like that.
