They could not get the TV to operate correctly after multiple visits and something is simple as a TV not working in a five star hotel really upset me. I brought this attention all the way up to the general manager and all he could do is offer me a free lunch. I asked to have one day credited to me for the hassle and not being able to have TV in my room and they rejected the idea so I will never ever stay there again and I have told my friends never to stay there. When you stay at a one star hotel, you have certain expectations when you’re staying at a five star hotel you have certain expectations as well and add a five star hotel you expect them to get things right when you agree.
