Great little place, very convenient for Bordeaux

Despite being central this is a quiet little hotel. The tram stops pretty much outside, so it is effortless to get anywhere, regularly, in Bordeaux. The breakfast is excellent and the gastro offerings in the vicinity are widespread. Fortunately I didn't have a cat to swing in my small double room, which is ultra modern in layout, but there's plenty of space in communal areas downstairs.

Very easy check in, and a very helpful staff member who told us about some great spots to visit and eat. He told us about La Tupina, and it was fantastic french food. Right around the corner is Point Rouge, which also had amazing food and drinks. Floors in our room were slightly dirty, but the location was excellent

Our room was on the bottom floor so a little chilly , but the most comfortable bed ever. A coffee machine would have been nice but there was a breakfast buffet available and coffee available for a cost. Very friendly helpful staff.

The property itself was fine, and the staff were really friendly. However, the room I stayed wasn't as comfortable. I don't mind the size of the room being very small, however, the smell in the room was very unplesent, seems like the room was left empty for years. I spent 4 nights there and the smell never go away. The cleaner even had to oepn our window to get fresh air while we are out.
