Apartment with a splendid panoramic terrace in the picturesque historic center of Bordighera Alta, offering breathtaking views. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor and is approximately 75 square meters. It consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and, on the upper floor, a laundry room and a terrace with a sunbathing area. Bordighera Alta provides an authentic experience with numerous typical restaurants; the sea is just a few minutes' walk away, and there is also public parking for cars. The train station is about 1 km away.

The accommodation is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Essential items such as salt, sugar, oil, Nespresso coffee capsules, towels, bed sheets, toiletries with shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper, trash bags, and cleaning essentials are also provided for guests.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but there is a public parking lot a few meters away (as seen in the photos) with free parking with a time disc.
