Visit and checking was smooth, breezy, fun and relaxing. The area is very walkable and there are many dining options around. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Brookline/Boston Area.
This is a clean, well-cared for property.
I felt safe.
It is close to shopping, public transport, and food.
I'm glad I found this place as it was a bargain in Brookline.
Thanks!
The hotel is well situated, very good transportation around Boston. The room was large and comfortable, but could do with more furniture. There was one chair and one bedside table. Two of each would have been nice. There is no cleaning during the stay, even when staying a whole week. I asked for fresh towels once during our stsy and nobody even answered my request.
Initial number code for front door didnât work and it wasnât very easy to find a contact phone number for Maverick to resolve.
Luckily I checked in at 4pm, but if Iâd checked in at, say, 10pm, Iâm nervous that even with the phone number I wouldnâtâve been able to get in contact with anyone.
Do not want name on this if shared
Room above sounded like they were moving furniture.Landlords unable to reach them but they eventually found another room for me. No hot water here. The noise was far beyond the creaks of an old house. Contact people were prompt in getting back and concerned conditions werenât ideal.
The property was nice, and the staff over the phone were helpful and kind, but unfortunately we got a room in the basement and has noisy neighbors above us and sound traveled a lot through the floors/walls. If youâre not a heavy sleeper Iâm not sure I would recommend staying here. There is no front desk, so there was nothing that we could do about the noise in the moment.
I stayed at Maverick Suites in November for 6 nights and again in January for 5 nights. The location is very good. You are close to Coolidge Corner with restaurants, Trader Joes, etc. The rooms are nothing fancy, but the both beds I had were very comfortable and pillows good. Shower worked well. You would not feel great lounging around all day in the room, but as a place to stay you are close to the T and can easily get around. I didn't have a car so don't know about parking. I can't say it's the quietest building ever. Walls are thin. But I would gladly stay again. For the price it's great. I was initially given a basement room. I didn't like it...the room was fine, but didn't like being below ground. They switched me to a second floor room right away. If you're looking for a good place to sleep near the T and with restaurants and stores nearby, it's very good. Room did have refrigerator and microwave.
I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation for a week. The place was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Everything went smoothly during my stay, from check-in to check-out. The hosts were friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience!
